She has won numerous championships, and at the 1992 Olympics, won gold medals in the 200 meters and 4 × 100 meter relay, as well as a silver medal in the 4 × 100 meter relay. At the 1996 Olympics, she won bronze in the 100 meters and gold in the 4 × 100 meter relay.
